Therapy can be a combination of cosmetics, the cream which is prescribed, and therapy a special light.

Vitiligo mild does not require therapy. People with a vitiligo small can look normal with the cosmetic. White people can handle it by avoiding the sun, or using sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher and avoid direct sun light.

For the area of vitiligo which is very small, a steroid cream administered to the skin can help fix it. The best results are obtained 3-4 months. Steroid creams do not spread on the eyelids, underarms, or the fold area of the thigh.

Light therapy, or PUVA, consists of the application of the solutio of a drug called psoralen, followed by ultraviolet rays. Psoralen can also be in the form of pills. This therapy is best for the face, neck, torso, upper arms, and upper legs. Results can appear after a 25-50kali therapy depending on the area involved. The main side effects that burns like sunburn is severe and blisters.

The doctor will examine the skin to make a diagnosis and take a sample of small skin (biopsy) for examination with a microscope. The doctor can advise to go to the skin doctor (dermatologist).
